1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CoreForgery Australia website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NAIM MOUNAYRJI trading as CoreForgery Australia.

2. Products and Services

CoreForgery Australia provides custom PC building services, including:

• Custom PC assembly and configuration
• Hardware upgrades and installations
• Technical consultation services
• Ongoing maintenance and support

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Custom Builds

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work on custom PC builds
• The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection
• Deposits are non-refundable once components have been ordered

3.2 Pre-configured Products

• Full payment is required at the time of order

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express (AMEX)

4. Delivery

Standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days from order completion for in-stock items and completed builds. Custom builds require additional time for assembly and testing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on component availability and shipping conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Period

You may return products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Custom-built PCs may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%
• Opened software and consumables cannot be returned unless faulty

5.2 Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days of discovering the fault.

5.3 How to Return

6. Warranty

All custom PC builds from CoreForgery Australia come with a 1-year warranty covering:

• Defects in workmanship and assembly
• Component failures (subject to manufacturer warranty terms)
• System stability and compatibility issues

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Software issues not related to initial configuration
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from power surges or environmental factors

Individual components may carry longer manufacturer warranties which will be honored according to manufacturer terms.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• After 24 hours, if components have been ordered, the deposit is non-refundable
• Custom builds in progress cannot be cancelled
• Pre-configured products may be cancelled before dispatch

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreForgery Australia's liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CoreForgery Australia and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
